Mindfulness Meditation For Psychological Growth: An 8 Week Series
Come join us for an 8 week class that will give you a thorough tool belt to understand yourself better, ways to navigate difficult feelings, and positive steps to create a happier life. This class will be didactic and experiential so that you will have a chance to practice within the class with the instructor’s support. With guidance, you will have the opportunity to develop a personal meditation practice that will help you to grow closer to your goals. Though this is not a traditional psychotherapy group, you will be in the class with the same people each week who also care about growing and bettering themselves. We will share our experiences with each other so that it enhances the learning and connection with others.

This class will be taught by Celeste Ballard, LCPC, LMT who is a local Woodstock psychotherapist who combines the best of traditional counseling psychology with mindfulness and body-centered psychotherapies to help people create more happiness and peace in their lives. She is the owner of Within Holistic Counseling and has been a therapist for over 20 years. She has also had extensive training in meditation with a personal practice for over 15 years.
