Mindfulness and Psychology Therapy Groups Starting In March!
This will be an 8 week series that will combine mindfulness meditation, psychology, and a chance to be with people who are also doing this type of work. It is so often when we are working on ourselves deeply that we don't get a chance to share our experience, hear that others are going through similar feelings, learn to communicate in a healthy way, and share a deeper connection. This group will be limited to 8 members and it will be the same people for those sessions, so that the process will be more enriching. Topics will include: How to deal effectively with anxiety and stress What to do with difficult feelings Deepening connection with others Loving yourself Creating the life you want To attend the group, you will need to do a phone interview so that we can go more in depth with the format, ask you questions to make sure it is the right group for you, and so that you can ask questions as well.
Groups will be every other week and space is very limited.
South Barrington starts March 1st and will be Fridays from 6-8
Woodstock Starts March 2nd and will be Saturdays from 10-12
The fee will be $60 each session and requires an 8 week commitment.
