We have shifted to video-only sessions for the next few weeks.
Clients have found that online therapy, or "telehealth" counseling can have many benefits at a time like this:
Comfortable setting/no travel needed!
Gain perspective and purpose during these often stressful current events
Break up the alone time (or get a break from those you live with!)
Additional morning, evening, and weekend hours are available as a result of not meeting in the office
The real work is inside you! All therapy is time well spent when you're continuing to stretch and grow. (After all, your eyes are closed during meditations!)
How can video sessions even work?
Use our secure, HIPAA-compliant online video portal - we send you a link, you click it, you're in.
Be sure your space is private. Ask those you live with to give you some alone time, and use a sound machine or white noise app to create a sound barrier. (Your car can be a great place to do therapy!)
Ideally, use a computer rather than a phone. The larger the screen the better for a truly connecting face-to-face interaction.
