This class is for those who are single or already in a relationship, and will combine psychology with mindfulness meditation. We will be covering the 9 most overlooked threats to relationships. What they are, how they impact relationship and then what to do next! The idea is to become more conscious about ourselves in order to have healthy and fulfilling relationships in the future. We will work to help people focus on how being conscious of your psychology and spirituality can deepen and strengthen your relating. We will combine experiential and didactic learning to give you a full set of tools to change unhealthy patterns and beliefs. We will also include mindfulness meditation to get a little deeper into why your patterns and beliefs are there and to help you shift them! If your looking to meet some new people, you should know that these meetups tend to have 20-40 people each time, but because many people come from the temple, you may not see them on meetup.
Celeste Ballard, LCPC, LMT is a local Woodstock counselor who combines the best of Cognitive Therapies with Mindfulness and Body-Centered Therapies to create more happiness and peace in one’s life.
