Weekly Meditation Series

For the next 3 Saturdays ( the 6th, 13th, and 20th of Feb ) from 4-5:30pm, I will be offering a Mindful Meditation Series. You will learn techniques that are easy to incorporate into your daily life. I will cover mindful exercises, meditation techniques, obstacles to meditation, health benefits of mindfulness and meditation. You will leave with techniques you can easily integrate into your life. If you have ever wanted to learn how to meditate or practice mindfulness, this series is for you! You can do the whole series for $45 or drop in for $20.
