Come join us for a psychotherapy group that combines conversation, teaching, and mindfulness meditation. Groups are a great way to increase growth and connection to yourself and others. Most people experience times of feeling empty or lonely and coming together to meditate and share can change this. This group will have 7 members that will commit to 8 sessions. The group requires a free consultation with the facilitator before signing up.

Fri 4:30-6:30 Jan 22-March 11 or
Sat 11:00-1:00 Jan 23-March 12
The group will be facilitated by Celeste Ballard, LCPC, LMT, who has 20 years of experience in the field of psychology and extensive training, both personally and professionally, in mindfulness meditation.
